"I had a pipe in my Andrew room burst last winter. What I was afraid would be a major fix wasn’t. I contacted Mike and took a picture of the area that was leaking. This was Sunday. He responded back by saying he had the part and would meet me at his shop( even thought he wasn’t open) he also explained how I needed to install it . He went above and beyond to help me out. "
